Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer care for children or teens with disabilities or special needs?
At this time, Curesa Health provides non-medical home care services for adults and seniors only. We do not currently serve children or minors. If you are looking for pediatric home care services, we’re happy to help point you in the right direction.
How quickly can care begin?
Most families can start care within a few days. After a brief consultation, we create a personalized care plan, introduce a caregiver, and begin services once you’re ready. See our process on the How It Works page.
Is Curesa Health locally owned?
Yes. We are an independent, locally owned home care organization rooted in Santa Cruz County — not a franchise. You can learn more about our team on the About page.
How much does in-home care cost?
We offer straightforward, transparent pricing. Rates depend on the type of support needed and the number of hours per week. View details on our Pricing page.
What makes Curesa Health different from other home care agencies?
Families choose us because of our thoughtful caregiver screening, communication, transparency, and personalized approach. Learn more about our core values on the About page.
Do you provide medical home health services?
Not yet. Our services are non-medical (HCO). We do not provide nursing or clinical care at this time. When we add HHA services in the future, we will update our offerings on our Home Care Services page.
